PAYMENT

Reservations under the BookNow! Facility
Payment of 100% of the total cost of accommodation is required.

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the accommodation is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is required seven days prior to arrival

In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:

Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date are entitled to a full refund
Bookings cancelled between 7 and 30 days before the arrival date will be charged 25% of the total booking fee
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking fee
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total booking fee
