In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:

• Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date are entitled to a full refund
• Bookings cancelled between 7 and 30 days before the arrival date will be charged 25% of the total booking fee
• Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking fee
• Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total booking fee
